Hey everybody and welcome to #DigitalMarketingScript, I’m Carl Britton Jr and today we’re going to talk about why social media is less than half the battle!
A lot of businesses get caught up on, “We need new clients, we need new patients, we need new patrons, we have to drive traffic and it all has to come from social media, because it’s the most cost effective way to do it!” Well… that’s true! However, social media is less than half the battle! The reason being, is because you can have the most amazing campaign, but if your customer service is less than impressive, or your promises on social media are not being met, then you are going to be losing people! You may get negative comments and then you would have to deal with that!
It costs a lot more to get new clients, then it does to bring in existing ones. You want to make sure that those existing people are excited to come back. Give them a reason to have a positive experience! You want to make sure that each and every single one of your employees are rocking out the customer service, because social media is less than half the battle if your service is crap.
